Parking: Patients who park in our clinic parking lot on SW Taylor Street between SW 12th and 13th will receive three (3) hours of free parking during their appointment(s). To receive the discount, you will enter a parking validation code when you get your parking stub at the pay station. The code will be sent to you prior to your appointment via text, email, or voice message.
If you do not receive the code the day before your appointment, please call our scheduling line at 503-223-3113 and the parking code will be provided.
If you forget the code when you arrive for your appointment, please check with the registration desk inside the clinic.
If you have mobility issues, please go directly to the registration desk in the clinic lobby and someone will assist you with the parking pay station.

Urgent Care, including X-ray*:
Mon–Fri 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (new hours as of May 1, 2023), Sat 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
(*NOTE: Currently we do not have general x-ray services after 4:45 p.m., Monday-Friday, or on Saturdays. This is temporary.)
You do not have to be a patient of The Portland Clinic to use our Urgent Care. Urgent Care treats conditions that require prompt medical attention, but are not life-threatening.

Parking at all of our facilities is conveniently located right next to the buildings. All of our locations provide free parking for patients during their appointments.
