Clinical areas of interest:
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles supporting individuals and families. As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide individual therapy to children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and challenges with life stressors and transitions. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy — one that values connection, flexibility, and collaboration.
I appreciate working with people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities and genders, and I aspire to support my clients as they navigate their experiences within the broader culture. I see the therapeutic relationship as the most important aspect of care, and I nurture that by showing up with authenticity and empathy.
A native Oregonian, I graduated from Oregon State University before continuing my education at Eastern Washington University, where I earned a master’s degree in social work.
I have always loved the Northwest and all it has to offer. In my free time, I like to get outside, whether I’m camping, hiking, or walking my three-legged dog. I also love to read — especially in a hammock on a sunny day. My other favorite activities include cooking, dabbling in art and crafty projects, and spending time with my family.
