Bio

As a primary care provider, my philosophy is to ensure that my patients are empowered in their own health care. I’m here to help them make informed decisions rooted in evidence-based medicine. My special interests include preventive medicine and treatment for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

I grew up in Portland and completed my undergraduate education at the University of Oregon. I earned my medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif., and completed my residency in internal medicine at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colo. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons, traveling, cooking, and being an avid Oregon Ducks fan!
