I’ve been practicing dermatology with The Portland Clinic since 2012, working with a wide range of pediatric and adult patients to resolve all kinds of skin conditions. I strive to educate patients about their conditions and about how to live a healthy, balanced life that will promote their best skin health. When I see my patients begin to thrive after receiving treatment and attention for their concerns, it’s greatly satisfying.
I grew up in New Orleans. My path to The Portland Clinic began with a master’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by a medical degree from Louisiana State University. Next, I joined the U.S. Navy, completing my internal medicine internship and my dermatology residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego, and serving for two years between the two as the general medical officer on board the U.S.S. Dubuque (LPD-8). I continued my service as a Navy physician on Guam before landing at The Portland Clinic.
When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. We all love seeking out wonderful places to eat or recipes to cook, playing around our home at small fix-it projects or kids’ activities, and hiking and traveling.
Dr. Mannino has been named a Top Doctor by Portland Monthly magazine multiple times.

I was running about 10 - 15 minutes late but everyone was kind enough to get me in . Dr Mannino does an excellent job .
Dr. Mannino was excellent and very personable.
I was refered by my primary car physician and that first appt. with the dermatologist doc was nearly 6 months out. That's a silly wait time for a 15 minute meeting, even if the care is not urgent.
Dr. Mannino is wonderful. However I am extremely disappointed by your decision to close the downtown location. I walked to my appointment yesterday and next time I'll have to drive for half an hour. You should have waited to see what the new mayor will do to improve downtown.
Consistently great service!
