Clinical areas of interest:
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of roles — from hospitals and geriatric programs to schools and nonprofits — to support individuals and families as they navigate their lives. These experiences have enriched my perspective and approach, and have given me a deep appreciation for working with people of all backgrounds. For me, the heart of effective therapy lies in the relationship between the therapist and the client. I nurture this bond with authenticity, empathy and genuine care, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide individual therapy to teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and challenges with life stressors. I employ evidence-based practices to empower, engage and collaborate with clients. My approach is rooted in strengths-based, person-centered care, with a strong foundation in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
An Oregonian born and raised, I graduated from Oregon State University and earned my master’s degree in social work at George Fox University.
My hobbies reflect all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I enjoy skiing, golfing, hiking, and cheering for our local teams, including the Blazers, Thorns, Timbers, Winterhawks, Pickles and Hops.
