The Portland Clinic is contracted with several Medicare Advantage plans. These insurance plans offer full Medicare benefits plus extra benefits beyond Original Medicare. Patients on Original Medicare are highly encouraged to sign-up with a Medicare Advantage plan. If you’re a current patient and on a Medicare Supplement plan, you can continue to be seen at The Portland Clinic. Please note, our primary care providers no longer accept new patients with Original Medicare.

SeniorChoices NW

The Portland Clinic has a partnership with SeniorChoices NW, a local licensed insurance agency specializing in Medicare approved insurance plans, to assist you in selecting the plan that best fits your needs. There is no cost for their service. We encourage you to call them to schedule an appointment or register for one of their free seminars.

To register for a seminar, please:

  • Go online to SeniorChoices NW (www.seniorchoicesnw.com) then go to “Attend a Meeting” tab to view meeting dates and times, then select the seminar you wish to attend.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with “TPC SEMINAR” in the subject line and in the email message provide your requested meeting date and time. (A link will be sent to you for their webinars.)
