Overview

Today’s imaging technologies allow us to peer inside the body to pinpoint broken bones and fractures, soft-tissue damage, cysts, growths and other issues of concern. The Portland Clinic offers convenient imaging services at four of our locations. Our fully digital department offers CT, MRI, ultrasound, bone densitometry, mammography (including 3D mammography) and general radiography.

Our imaging team is made up of more than 40 caring and dedicated professionals. The clinic has earned the American College of Radiology gold seal of accreditation in computed tomography (CT), mammography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The ACR gold seal of accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety, and is awarded only to facilities that meet the ACR’s stringent guidelines and standards.

Radiology Records 
To request your medical records from The Portland Clinic, please visit MediCopy.net. Please provide an email address on the authorization to expedite the process and delivery method. Records sent via email, or to another provider, are complimentary. Requests are processed within two (2) business days after receipt by MediCopy.

NOTE:  As of January 2025, our Downtown location at 800 SW 13th Avenue closed to patient care and all clinical operations relocated to our five neighborhood locations in the Portland Metro area.
