Chronic sleep problems affect more than your mood. They can take a toll on your health, increasing your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, depression and other serious problems. The good news is that most sleep disorders can be treated. The Sleep Center at The Portland Clinic-South offers state-of-the-art sleep studies and is staffed by a provider who specializes in diagnosing all types of sleep disorders. Accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Sleep Center has been improving sleep for patients since 2009.

  • Snoring/sleep apnea
  • Insomnia
  • Restless legs syndrome and periodic limb movement disorder
  • Non-refreshed sleep
